Storytelling

Each episode contains 12 machines to repair, each belonging to a character in the world. As you talk with and assist each character, players learn more about the world and its inhabitants. Some puzzles, such as the bottle collector mentioned above, link directly into the story to either reveal strange happenings in the world or to hint at events in later puzzles or episodes. As the story develops, players are free to wander each episode’s city and talk with the residents to get their input on what is happening. It draws the player into the game and makes it a welcoming place to be.
